The Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC) is an economic development organization created to help manufacturers in the greater Philadelphia region compete and grow. The DVIRC offers services in all areas of business and operations to assist small and medium-sized manufacturers with productivity improvements and overall growth strategies.
